About the United Way Campaign
United Way has always enjoyed a strong partnership with the business community. Businesses that host workplace campaigns understand we all share a responsibility for the people and neighborhoods where we live, work and raise our families. An important part of that commitment is involving employees in their philanthropic efforts.
The 700+ workplace campaigns are an integral part of our efforts to make lasting change. Any donations not designated to another nonprofit organization support the Community Investment Fund. These contributions are invested in programs that will help to advance the common good and create opportunities for a good life for all. About 80 percent of our contributions are directed to the Community Investment Fund.
Campaign CoordinatorsAs a leader in your organization, you’ve been selected to be a United Way Campaign Coordinator. Your time, effort and talent are absolutely essential to helping United Way advance the common good. Whether this is your first, fifth or fifteenth campaign, we know you have a lot to offer, and we welcome your leadership and input in our 2009 campaign.
The Campaign Coordinator is a critical link between United Way and your co-workers. Through your communication, organization and leadership skills, you will lead the annual effort to raise resources so that everyone has the opportunity for a good life.
Please use the links to the left to help you in your campaign efforts. Check back often! We will continually update based on your feedback. For assistance, contact your Donor Relations Staff member.
