We all need things like toothpaste, soap, and laundry detergent to stay healthy. However, assistance programs like SNAP don’t cover these necessities. This creates a hardship for those who already struggle to afford everyday essentials.
That’s where Bring the Basics comes in. United Way’s annual collection drive provides personal hygiene items and household cleaning products to Kent County residents in need. Together, we can help our neighbors live their best and healthiest lives.
